So angry right now…but I’m deep breathing…thinking about the work that I am doing on myself. Thanking myself for making a proactive change in my life. Thanking the friends that I haven’t alienated. Thanking my peers for supporting me…a real update to follow tonight.

    I hope everything is okay! I know I am far away, but if there is anything I can help with – just let me know! I don’t know if it is the presentation that is adding to your stress, but if you want me to review it, all you have to do is send it my way 🙂

    • Thanks for the note and support! The presentation definitely is adding a bit to the stress, seconds eyes would definitely be appreciated. hahaha once I start running next week, I’m sure there will be more posts like this, so knowing you’re out there training for a marathon too also helps!
